Seems as others have mentioned there are problems with Outlook.com connecting to some servers on ports 110, 995 using SSL/TLS.  I cannot access my POP server on 110 or 995 using TLS/SSL but have no problems connecting using standard POP on 110.   Other applications including Outlook (application) can access 110 using TLS and 995 using SSL no problems, seems only related to Outlook.com.

Ideas?  Or just a known issue right now?
