This morning I attempted to move a message that was sent to me into one of my folders in my inbox. It seemed to work - but now my folders have disappeared along with all of the emails in the folders. Someone please help me figure this out - almost all of my important email was organized into these folders.

These are the steps that I have already taken.

First - I checked the deleted emails folder - they were not there.

next, I tried to restore deleted emails using the link on the bottom of the deleted folders page. No emails were recovered.

I am at a loss at what to do - I had tried to contact Microsoft support - but just kept going around in circles regarding the issue.

I hope someone can help.
