If I then go to that account, click details, and then edit and then save then it says "We're sorry, but there was a problem creating your account. We've tried to save your settings,
but if you can't see your account on the set-up page, you may need to choose "Add an email account" and start over". The account is still on the set-up page and the emails have been received. But then i have to do this again rather than automatically get them.
Yesterday Outlook .com stopped receiving ntlworld emails (which it had been fine with). I can 'force' it to get the emails by going to "Your email accounts" where it says There was a problem getting messages from your
other accounts.
