Hi - I'm having a problem where e-mail deletions are not synching across my devices.  I have an outlook.com e-mail address that I use from the browner (outlook.com) but also from my Windows 8 phone a desktop copy of Outlook 2013 and also the Windows 8 mail app.  All are connecting through EAS - I don't even have POP enabled.  Everything works great except that if I delete a message from outlook.com it still stays in my inbox on all three of the other devices/apps.  I have tried refreshing / send receive, etc and nothing changes.  All devices/apps are set to push anyhow. 

 

I don't think this started happening until recently but it is also possible I just never noticed it until now (I've only been using outlook.com for a month or two.)  Please help!  This is a big problem as I like to keep my inbox very clean.  Thanks!
