Over the past few months, a high percentage (possible half) of all emails I receive are duplicated. The emails arrive 10 - 20 mins apart typically. I do not have Outlook.com set to collect any other accounts. This can also occur when someone replies to
an email sent from my Outlook.com email address, but will also occur when an email is sent directly to me.
I've not been able to recreate the problem by sending from external accounts.
