I am not sure if anyone is able to help as I have both email and called microsoft getting flung between departments with no definite solution so here is my problem and thank-you in advance for those who are going to reply.

The problem is my email client 'Outlook 2013', Windows Live Mail for windows 8, Email on android etc. All don't show emails from my boss. There no existent, don't appear, not even unread. However, when I log onto outlook.com they are there - it seams everyone elses emails are coming through fine. I sent her 1 email and the one she replied to worked, but her group emails aren't coming in.

I have removed all filters, removed all blocked and approved email address and no avail yet. I was wondering if anyone could help with the issue, it seams to be a problem with outlook.com connecting her emails to any email client.
