Outlook.com email issue

Hello I am email out something to someone and I keep getting this when I look in my sent mail. 

<font face="Times New Roman" size="3" style="font-size:12pt;">Hello how are you?&nbsp;<a href=</a><br id="FontBreak"></font><br><br><font face="Times New Roman"></font> 

I thought that was weird, so I did a test with myself and it came back like this. Does anyone know what the issue is?
