I have a long standing account that was working great under Hotmail.com. My account was upgraded to Outlook.com about 6 months ago and that transition went smooth and I had no issues until today. When I logged into my email today all of my emails from my inbox and my folders were missing. The folder structure was there, but all of the email is gone.

 

I access my account via webmail (www.outlook.com) and always have. I have not setup this account on any mobile devices and I have not used any mail programs to download the email to my computer.

 

Can you please look into this issue, it is very important to me.
