I have a few accounts under domains.live.com.

 

All but one account is unable to sync either using active sync or imap.

 

Active Sync

It appears to connect but shows (disconnected in status) and shows no error - even with outlook 2013 logging

   Active sync settings (Have tried m.hotmail.com, s.outlook.com) when entering m.hotmail.com it changes to blu-m.hotmail.com

 

 

Imap sync:

will connect and get mail in folders  even sync.  However cannot delete or move emails

 

I have used the same settings for other accounts and not had issues.  It appears to be this one account.  Is there a way to check or see what errors or issues are happening.
