frequently returns errors when submitted. Often times I will submit this form (tested in 3 different
browsers- Chrome, FireFox, and IE), and there will be no support ticket number on the next page.
The support ticket number also won't be present in the URL, like it is when a submission is recieved,
and I never receive a confirmation email for these submissions. Other times, after submitting the
form, the page will 'refocus' and all the information entered in the fields will be deleted. These
submissions also are never received, because I never get a confirmation email about these, either.
Hopefully someone can see this and give an answer, if you can find it through all the football
match streaming spam..
