I have been using the Android mobile app Outlook.com for over a month.  I changed the setting to require a signin "pincode" several weeks ago, and have had no problem.  Last night, my pincode was not accepted, and, after several tries, I got a "Lock Out Warning" box, that says "To validate that you are really trying to access your email, type 'email'."  Then there is an OK button, and a Cancel button.  Trouble is,there is no keyboard on which to type "email".  I cannot get past this, even after shutting down the phone, or stopping the app under Application Manager.  Do I have any alternative to deleting and re-installing this app???  P.S.:  I can signon and access email OK under my MSN browser on my Windows computer.
