I had this issue for a while now. Tried to remove the app and reinstalling it a few time. A complete phone wipe occured as well withour change.

Samsung Nexus (i9250) with 4.3 installed (occurred on 4.2 and 4.1)

My girlfriend has the same problem on her nexus 7 tablet but not on her Galaxy S3.
