Does the outlook.com app for android actually download my email data to my phone? Or can I use it simply to view my email on the web? I don't want to download email I just want to look it. But I just changed to a Droid Razr M and the Chrome browser does a real bad display of Outlook.com (very tiny print as if it's trying to show the actual web version). So I think I need the Outlook.com app but I only want to use it if I can avoid downloading the email to my phone.
