I've set my domain up to have e-mail hosted via Outlook.com. I've created multiple user accounts and have had no issues until recently. One of my users was asked to reset a password and everything has gone haywire.
She still receives e-mail to her BB device which indicates that her account password is the same as always. However, she can not login via mail.live.com or the custom address I have set up which points there. It tells her the password is invalid. If I send
her to change the password, I get an "temporary error" message that has been there for over a week.
She also, apparently, received some kind of message saying that since the account wasn't created through live.com there is some issue there.
This is extremely frustrating. Please let me know how I get some actual support to rectify this situation.
