Outlook.com account upgraded to Office 365 – does Outlook 2011 for Mac use Exchange?

I upgraded to Office 365 and would like to use Outlook 2011 for Mac, using Exchange so my contacts, calendar and tasks all sync.  Is this possible and if so, what are the settings I need to use?
