The account has been active for several months and I added a phone back when i first created the account and entered the verification code as directed.  I get a page that says that you for verifying your account, yet it still gives me the same "you need to verify your..." even if i wait several days or remove/re-add the phone number to the account

any ideas on what I'm missing?
