After I sign into outlook.com with my Hotmail.com email It will bring me to the inbox but it will not let me open emails or open other folders. It will let me open settings though at the top. I have tried to send an email and it will not let me also. If I refresh the page then it will work some times but only with one click, otherwise it only has the 5 little dots at the very top above the word outlook indicating that it is going to work but then does nothing. I am using internet explorer.
