I have an alternate email account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and when I try to sign in it tells me account is blocked and I need to contact customer service.

when I contacted customer service they asked me to drop a query here.

Hence doing it.

Please solve this problem as soon as possible as this is the primary account for my lumia 920 phone and due to it being blocked I cannot update any applications.
