I moved my domain to outlook.com and set up two additional accounts.  One of them works fine, but the other person can not sign on to the account.....it says the password is not correct.

When I set up that account the site told me that he already had an account and asked me if I wanted to "merge" them - I said yes, but did not really understand the question.   Perhaps this is why he can not sign in.

He has tried a number of old passwords and has tried password recovery..........all to no avail.

Is there some way to reset the password so that he can access his mail ??
