I'm having a problem with the chat on outlook.  It looks like I'm signed in but my contacts can't see me.  This problem extended to my skype as well.  I merged the two months ago and it was working fine up to about a week ago. My friend had to search me out through my email and readd me.  Now I have two accounts with his name and he has two of mine. any suggestions?
