I have evidence that I am not receiving all my hotmail emails. Sometimes they subsequently appear as cc in future messages.

The cc does not always work as it should.  Some recipients are not receiving my cc.

Outlook adds emails as attachments automatically, some of which I do not want to send to another recipient. How can I change this.

I wish I could have the old Hotmail back.
