I consistently get the busy cursor in Outlook.com. I am using WIN8 with all patches. I did not get a busy cursor when running outlook in WIN7.  I hope someone can help.  I can only see my INBOX . I cannot select anything else. i.e. JUNKMAIL which has mail.
