I have the Outlook app installed on my Galaxy Note II. I usually use 4G/HSPA+ AWS data, but at home I use Wifi. For as long as I had the app, it would only sync over wifi and not over data. The phone is running 4.1.2. I can't find any setting to screw with and I keep pressing sync but it can't. It always displays the last connected time which is when my phone leaves home and I forget and turn off the wifi. When I get back home and I connect wifi it works. I can read mail on data, but links won't open and images won't show. What is wrong?
