I have had a year worth of emails disappear when I recently opened my Outlook.  They were in folders in my Outlook.com account; when I went to download them to my Outlook on my computer (not a mac), they disappeared from my outlook.com folders and didn't appear on my computer either.  I'm really irritated that they have disappeared.  How do I get them restored?
