I have an older laptop and when I access my VERY active hotmail account which you upgraded to outlook, I have access to 1149 stored messages I want to keep.  When I access the same account via a new computer with windows 8 I have only a few very recent messages and no apparent way to find the rest.  How do i preserve the old emails on my old computer moving forward and make them accessible to both new and old computer or Iphone or from whatever access point I desire.  MSFT really is making this transition unbidden by 99.9% of hotmail customers and so far I see exactly ZERO added value.
