My other account (my gf's) has been hacked, it says that someone else is using it (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***), we put erronous information in the profile but we cant remember what to put in to confirm it's really her. All her friends, personal stuff is in there, we have no phone compatible to get the code via txt message, we need to reset the password and regain access the email, please anyone help me!
