I have been blocked from outlook "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" due to a concern that "someone else is using my account". Efforts to verify my account have failed repeatedly.  Every solution I have read on the community suggests a path that leads me to the same conclusion, fill out the questionnaire, with the result that the account can not be verified.  THE QUESTIONAIRE IS NOT A SOLUTION.  Very frustrated and looking for help.
