My husbands outlook account( used to be hotmail)is locked. They say his password is wrong, and then do an account recovery. The problem is that the information he provides , they is not enough. He doesn't know the last email he received or sent was. It has been months since he has accessed his email.  Is there anything else he can do to reset the password to access this account, or should he just create a new new one?
