Outlook 2013 on my Surface Pro worked for several months and now will not open. I have tried repairing on and off-line without success. I deleted Outlook 2013 and bought the program on-line again. On installation the same thing happens. It will not open and the message says :-

Cannot start MS Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The file C:/Users/Ken/Documents/Outlook Files/Outlook1.pst cannot be found

 

File name  Outlook1   File type Outlook date files (*.pst)

If any one can help me it would be much appreciated as I have bought the product twice and spent several hours trying to resolve the problem on my own without success.
