I have one user that when they print a message in Outlook 2013 it says that it has encountered a problem and it must restart. The message will sometimes go to the printer while Outlook is restarting. No other issues in any other Office 2013 apps occur
while printing. They can also print any attachment in outlook with no problems. I ran through all of the steps in "How to troubleshoot crashes in Outlook 2010 and 2013" and I'm at the last stage that says to call for support. Thought I would try here first.
In both the generated report and in the Windows 7 event log under Application, it shows Event ID 1000 and Faulting Application is outlook.exe, Faulting Module is ntdll.dll ver. 6.1.7601.18247, Exception Code is 0xc0000374. Tried new user Outlook profile, new
Windows profile, literally every troubleshooting step in the article (Article 2632425) and the error persists. Even tried logging on as another user and setup an Outlook account from scratch - same issue. I just setup 9 brand new identical PCs with Office
2013 and this is the only user with this issue. The only thing I can think of now is maybe it's an issue with her Cannon MFP scanner and the software it uses (she's the only one with this setup). The printer installs an app called ToolBox that then installs
PageMaker. I'm wondering if there is a possible conflict there. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
