After upgrading from Window 8.1 release preview to Windows 8.1 last Friday I had to reinstall all apps including my Office 2013.  I then setup my Outlook account again and linked it to my Hotmail account.  It seemed to be ok, but after downloading a small percentage of my emails it just disconnects and no matter what I do refuses to reconnect to the blu-m.Hotmail.com server.  I have spend 2 days with the Microsoft support team trying to resolve but with no luck.  I have the same issue with the Mail client that comes with Windows 8.1.  If however I set the account to only download the last 30 days worth of email, it connects fine.  I can connect to the Outlook.com service without any problems via IE, but not Outlook 2013 or the Mail client.
