I have Office 2013 Pro Plus and use Outlook 2013 to run my Outlook.com web-mail when working from home. I use laptops or a Kindle Fire when on the road. Normally, the app, the devices, and the cloud are in complete sync, but every so often I will move or delete a file on the Application and it won't be reflected on the cloud ever.

For example, I moved a dozen or so emails back in 9/19 and of those, there are still 5 in the Web view. I raised a call with MS Support for the Outlook Application and they confirmed the Application is correctly set up and the issue is on the server side. However, at that point they stopped helping as they only cover the application.

Any ideas how to force a re-sync without recreating another profile? The Application is correct so I'd rather force the cloud to update and use the Application as the master copy.

For example, I could create a dummy folder and move the whole folder structure in then see what is left in Outlook.com after the sync - but can I guarantee that all the files would go over and back correctly?

The Outlook 2013 Application is using Exchange Activesync, the kindle is using IMAP, the laptop is passive and just logs into Outlook.com.

Any suggestions?

Regards,
S
