I maxed out my outlook 2003 with e-mails and could not use the product since 1/2013.

Yesterday I purchased outlook 2013 and had it set up online.

I told the tech I just wanted e-mails from January 2013 to present.

Somehow after it was set up all e-mails from 2010 to present got loaded into - 15,000 e-mails.

Now I can not receive any new e-mails. 

Now outlook 2013 is not showing new e-mails.

HELP.........
