Operating System Microsoft 8.1 using Outlook 2013

With computer on and experience power loss Outlook 2013 does not work

 Title: OUTLOOK DATA FILE and msg reads---The path specified for the file D:\archive.pst is not valid

Anyone have this problem or can provide a fix
