Hi there,

I use Outlook 2011 on OSX  10.9.5

Outlook version is 14.4.8 (150116).  I use this with an office365.com Exchange account.  Until recently everything worked fine.

As of yesterday, my "send" button is missing from either new emails or reply-to mails.  There is only a "save" in in the toolbar.  I must have done something to break this, but have no idea what.

I can receive mails just fine, and see my entire mail folder structure.  Accessing the account from Outlook webmail on Office365.com works fine; I can send mails from there.  The same for Outlook 2013 on Windows 8.1 - sending mails works fine.  When I save a mail as a draft under Outlook 2011, it will also show up in the "Drafts" folder on both Office365.com and outlook 2013.

I've tried the following:

- customize toolbar, including reset to default

- log out of my OSX account and back in again, including rebooting

- remove and re-create my Outlook account in Outlook 2011

- delete my Outlook user profile in $HOME/Documents/Microsoft User Data/

This version of OSX does not have the "chiclet" at the top right of windows, so I cannot try to expand the toolbar as is often recommended.

I see no error messages, no additional options for account configuration, nothing - can someone please help me with this?
