I have a dear friend who sends me daily emails with large attachments. I don't want to offend him by asking hime to stop because he thinks he is being friendly.
I would like to set a rule to only download headers from him.
Is there a way of allocating him to a category and only downloading headers for that category? Outlook for Mac doesn't seem to have send/receive groups like the PC version.
