Hello,

I have been noticing a strange problem at my work place with our email and Outlook 2011 for Mac. Occasionally when someone sends out a meeting request, typically a reoccurring meeting, or updates a time on the meeting, the reminder will be received with the incorrect time. It isn't applying any kind of UTC time change (like UTC-6 for Central Time) and it is stating it is in "Greenwich Standard Time". The actual meeting is correctly put on the calendar at the correct time, so this is specifically with the reminder that Outlook creates and emails to itself.

I have only noticed this happening on Outlook 2011. All of the Windows computers with Outlook of any edition receive it with the correct time and so does any person that is still using Microsoft Entourage, as well as any phones or tablets. It would appear that Outlook is just incorrectly applying the UTC modifier, but I can't find any setting that is incorrect that could cause this to happen.

Again, this isn't a constant problem and happens every once in a while, but often enough to start annoying some people. I have already tried blowing away preferences to no avail, as well as reinstall Outlook. Any guesses what could be causing the problem?

Thanks!

This is a screen shot of what is going on. The meetings are the exact same meeting. The reminder on the left is from my Mac and the one of the right is from my Windows computer.
