I had three email accounts configured to access in Outlook, one gmail account and two from my ISP (local cable TV company) and all 3 worked well for several months. I learned some incoming and outgoing email from the ISP accounts were not processing. I
opened Tools-Accounts and noticed the icons for the ISP accounts were yellow. Followed all directions to delete and re-add those accounts. Outlook still shows a yellow dot for those accounts. Checked with the ISP to confirm I was using all the correct imap/smtp
and port settings. How do I setup Outlook so it'll work with those email accounts again?
