i am using outlook 2011 on my Mac book for emails i am having a problem sending emails, i am using POP with incoming server port 110 and outgoing 25

no SSL

i have set the out going to use the same info as incoming.

the problem i am having is when i am connected to my home network (ADSL) i keep getting a message Outlook cannot connect to the server. Verify that your computer is connected to the network. the computer is connected as when i do send receive it will down load messages but will not send

i have a number of email accounts set up on my Mac and i only get this message for the email accounts set up for my domain mail.msrwa.net.au

the other thing that is confusing me is if i use the personal hot spot on my phone i can send all the emails i need to but as soon as i go back to ADSL i can not send any emails

my phone uses the Telstra network and my ADSL is with Bigpond which is basically the same company.

i have contacted my domain host and they say its a network issue i have contacted Bigpond and they say its a Hosting issue.

all the account on my Mac use 1 of 2 out going servers 1 for my domain mail.msrwa.net.au and the other mail.bigpond.com

i don't have any issues when using the account that use mail.bigpond.com the issue only comes up when i use the combination of my Bigpond ADSL account and my domain account

i hope this make sense and that i have given enough info

thank you for your help
