I have my Outlook.com account configured in Outlook 2011 for Mac, and it is able to send and retrieve email, etc.
However, VERY frequently (sometimes multiple times per hour) Outlook 2011 fails to connect to Outlook.com. I get a popup msg asking if I want to try to re-enter my password. When I cancel that popup, and force a send and receive, it connects fine. But
the popup just keeps coming back.
Note - I have 2 other accounts configured in Outlook 2011. One is for Office 365, and the other is for GMail. Both work fine.
Are there any special settings in Outlook 2011 that I can use to solve this problem?
