Two questions (I am new to Outlook):

1. How can I see the calendars of co-workers on out Exchange network (as in Windows Outlook). I do not need to have access to their calendar contents (no need for request or getting approval), but just want to see multiple calendars so I can find an open spot and schedule a meeting. None of the resources i can find explain this for Outlook 2011 for Mac.

2. While trying to find a way to see other calendars, i accidentally created a new set of accounts/calendar list at the left, and do not know how to delete them. Nothing is in them, but they take up space.
