Outlook in Office 2011 for Mac, in Yosemite, is terrible.  Lots of stalls.  When writing an email, every 10 seconds I get the beach ball for a 2-10 seconds, which is maddening.  Nothing else seems to be going on the background when this happens (no uploads, synchs, videos, etc.)  I updated Office today to 14.4.7 and am running  OS10.10.1 on Mac Mini (Early 2009, Core 2 Duo, 4GB RAM).  I rebuilt the database, ran Disk Utility>Repair Permissions, and restarted.  No change. This did not happen until I installed Yosemite a few weeks ago.  

Anyone else having this issue?  What is going on and how do I fix it?
