Outlook on my Mac has been acting up for the last days, namely generating very high CPU loads. I have tried a couple of things, such a rebuilding the Identity, but nothing has helped. However I have found that if I set Outlook to "offline" the high CPU
load disappears, with Outlook returning to 1.7% or so from 72%.
This behaviour results in my MBA running pretty hot and depletes the battery way too quickly. Note I'm using OSX 10.9.1.
Any idea what the problem could be?
Thanks in advance.
