Outgoing messages sent via Windows Live Mail will is shown in Outbox instead to the person addressed to in Windows 10.

Original Title: Windows Live Mail

When outgoing mail goes to my Outbox instead of to the person to whom it is addressed, it does not tell me why.  What should I do?
