Hi there,

I have recently created a website using the server and domain tools of CPanel. By using PHP and POST, a particular page of the site has the ability send outgoing mail - through the use of a contact form (user sends enquiry and receives a copy of their message to their address). Unfortunately, Hotmail appears to be sending all outgoing mail from this domain into the junk folder; something that isn't the case with other major email providers such as Gmail, Yahoo etc. Does anyone know why this might be the case?

I have gone through all of the "email authentication" options, and enabled DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail), SPF (Sender Policy Framework) - and it's telling me that the DNS check has passed. Reverse DNS was also tested and came back activated and working. I read that sometimes Hotmail requires a good reputation before it can mark mail as normal inbox - is this the case?

Many thanks,

Aaran.

Note, website is http://bodypressure.co.uk/contact.php
