Just recently, I began having trouble with outgoing email not sending.  I get this error message:

The connection to the server has failed.

Subject 'Re: Culvert'
Server: 'smtpauth.earthlink.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 587
Secure(SSL): No
Socket Error: 10060

I've done a system restore, thinking perhaps I changed some vital configuration when trying to get my wireless printer to work, but that hasn't solved the problem either. I'd appreciate any help.
