Hi All,

Desperate looking for answers for this. we had tried the following but still not working.

Able to replicate when Cached Mode Online is checked and all blank emails will just populate in outbox. Once unchecked, the blank emails in outbox will disappeared.

We had perform the following but still not working.

1) Recreate OST file.

2) Windows profile creation.

3) Outlook Profile creation.

4) OWA does not have the blank emails in outbox.

Any kind souls out there, please help!
