We (Jubilee Granites India Pvt.Ltd) have been using the Hotmail account regularly & suddenly we couldn’t sign in to last week (july 31st) &  we got information from our official customers that the hacker is sending mails to send funds on our behalf  to his bank account he has provided. We have informed all our customers to stop sending mails either to us or hacker . In the meantime we tried to retrieve our account with the new password ,  link sent by Microsoft in our alternative email address. Whenever we tried to retrieve the account with the new  password it was hacked within few hours.  Now (4th attempt) we were unable to get the link to reset the password  saying we didn’t provide enough information & this is final update for our account recovery request .   We don’t   know where we are wrong though we have entered all the information correctly in the column provided as did in the first attempt to reset password .  


For your information,  our emails & password details are forwarded to the hackers email id where he makes the changes in the security information settings.

Hacker email id : *** Email address is removed for privacy ***  (we couldn’t able to make the changes when we tried to set password in the first attempt to change the hacker email id in the security information settings.


I seek your support & help just to retrieve our datas back in the account once we get it we will close the account once for all & that too before the hacker does it.
