Our company has a webshop based on Magento.
Lately we are getting complaints of our customers that they don't receive our e-mail regarding their order.
This was never a problem before, and it is only happening with customers who are using a Hotmail.com e-mail address.
We already have removed the # mark in the e-mails (normally magento puts a # mark before the ordernumber)
And have a spf record.
What can we do about this problem?
