there's no other contacts to contact the supporter

i needed it very urgent
because i lost my facebook password i can retrieve the password through
my e-mail of cause , last time was hotmail  now upgraded to outlook
i read it briefly only though i think i get it , well but my id *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
i forget the password and i can't receive the phone code the only reason is
my phone number 0163498123 i put alternative way to get back my account for *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
the phone number is terminated due to my lackness of didn't top up
i hope the supporter can help me out reset the password and give it to me :)
